In Billogram, default credits are credit invoices created within an existing billogram that already contains a debit invoice. These credits are automatically allocated to the debit invoice within that billogram.

Stand-alone credits are credit invoices created as isolated billograms. They can be allocated to one or several debit invoices on other billograms for the same customer, providing greater flexibility (for example in B2B scenarios).

Key characteristics

• Always have a negative sum
• Cannot be converted into debit invoices
• Can be allocated across multiple billograms
• Can be marked as paid out via the payment function
• Must be enabled by Billogram upon request
• Supports the DoNotNotify delivery method
